Brett Henderson came out to give us an estimate on a new kitchen. He took the time to explain all our options clearly. While we weren’t ready to close the deal, his patience and attitude sold us on the company and we will definitely use them when we are ready.
The installers did a great job from start to finish, they were courteous and friendly, knowledgeable about their job, cleaned up good when they were done, my new windows are awesome!
From the salesman to the installers the service we received was excellent. After a nightmare with Home Depot and Lowes we found Morgan Exteriors of Fort Myers and we could not be happier with our new Front Entrance Door. We will be using them for our windows in the future, Highly recommend!
Salesman was good, brought big books with pics, all fiberglass, hurricane resistant door $3975. Two weeks they called and set appn. Installer came and did his job, install door to spec. Broke both vertical external Hardie Trim pieces and just smeared the caulk over breaks. Chipped the Hardie Siding on the outside at top. And missed to caulk the top at all. Sloppy caulking. I've had to caulk the top and fill the chipped Hardie siding. I won't use them again!! I'm 72, and shouldn't climb a ladder. Update: They called and said ... read more
Vert pleased with Morgan Exterior! We replaced all windows and countertops. They were competitive on price, quick turnaround from purchase to installation. They stayed in communication with us through the entire process. The installation was perfect! Great to work with and everyone that came to our home represented Morgan Exterior very professionally.
