They just left my wife inside the clinic and shut the place down. This is exactly what happened. Unbelievable. Stay away!!
I totally agree with a lot of patients. The Dr's are great. My Dr is sooo nice , friendly, compassionate and understanding. But the staff especially two of them super rude and cuts you off. I have their names. Unfriendly. They definitely need customer service training. Especially if you are in the front line service.
I've been going to this clinic for over 5 years. And as of the last year and a half I have had serious problems with the people working and messing up addresses and on top they have been rude to me for them making a mistake. The doctors are all amazing. Dr Bolina is an angel but the receptionists said and I quote "not my problem" or slowly starting to raise their voice with a stern tone ,when there was multiple re types of a new pharmacy.
