I've been going to this clinic for over 5 years. And as of the last year and a half I have had serious problems with the people working and messing up addresses and on top they have been rude to me for them making a mistake. The doctors are all amazing. Dr Bolina is an angel but the receptionists said and I quote "not my problem" or slowly starting to raise their voice with a stern tone ,when there was multiple re types of a new pharmacy. Really love this Clinic! Dr. Harminder Bolina is such an awesome Doctor. He really cares for his patients even Saturday he will call and update me about my bloodworks. Thank you so much Dr. Bolina for being such an amazing Family Doctor.
I am waiting to book an in person appointment with my family dr. At Morgan crossing clinic I have cleaned my bathroom , taken a shower, made my bed on hold for 45 minutes and still haven’t had someone to answer the phone . I’ve been to hospital to get antibiotics for an infection and it is now back again so I want to see my dr. I know it busy but with no way to even leave a message for a call back what is going on . Most likely just incompetent people getting paid for a poor job they’re doing.
