I totally agree with a lot of patients. The Dr's are great. My Dr is sooo nice , friendly, compassionate and understanding. But the staff especially two of them super rude and cuts you off. I have their names. Unfriendly. They definitely need customer service training. Especially if you are in the front line service.
I've been going to this clinic for over 5 years. And as of the last year and a half I have had serious problems with the people working and messing up addresses and on top they have been rude to me for them making a mistake. The doctors are all amazing. Dr Bolina is an angel but the receptionists said and I quote "not my problem" or slowly starting to raise their voice with a stern tone ,when there was multiple re types of a new pharmacy. They made it my problem because I moved houses and they've sent my medication to Chilli... read more
Really love this Clinic! Dr. Harminder Bolina is such an awesome Doctor. He really cares for his patients even Saturday he will call and update me about my bloodworks. Thank you so much Dr. Bolina for being such an amazing Family Doctor.
