Ryan DeCesaro at Morgan Creek Cabinet emailed me (not even called or communicated in person) that he is quitting my project even though most of the pieces he provided are substantially incomplete and/or containing issues. This is after being about 9 months past expected completion date and paying him over $500,000. My husband and I live in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Our builder talked us into using this company for all of our cabinet needs. Our custom cabinets were expensive and we have been waiting on a cabinet door replacement for over a year. We’re extremely disappointed and would not recommend Morgan Creek!!!!! Horrible customer service to say the least.
Doesn't care about the communities they work in. Doesn't care about the clients. Just wants money for mid tier furniture.
VERY rude to my husband when he called to get information on installing glass panels for our cabinets. Terrible customer service. Needless to say, we did not use them.
