Absolutely insane the amount of times one has to report damages and amount of time Maintanance comes out and says they fixed things yet the issues continue! I have two minors and am experiencing black MOLD. I have contacted so many times the property manager Shanteria English and she never answers the phone and passes messages with her staff! Beautiful Apartments
The absolute worst apt you could move to especially if you have a family , The staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and just nasty people , A/c broke last summer and they said even with my two infant children and the temperature being 86degrees it wasn’t an emergency waited two weeks for help
