Very friendly and accommodating staff!
Went in to request a new set of orthodontics that would have a stiffer foot base than the ones I currently have. Dr. Tentler assured me that he could do that and then went ahead and produced a standard set of orthodontics. His defense was that he has 40 of experience and knows what I need - even though I already have some and my feet still hurt. He didn't tell me he couldn't or wouldn't do what I asked - just made another pair and said I had to pay the $600 as they are unrefundable.
