Have been waiting 5 hours to take a road test while a clerk was having an hour long conversation most of which was not related to their job.
If you're here for a STAR ID appointment, they will force you to wait in the snack room. Tell them that you're going to wait in the hall until they call your name because they will not come get you.
On two separate occasions, I have attempted to turn-in an old tag from a truck that I sold. Wait lines of at least an hour with people in line that reached to the elevators! Surely, our county can afford to hire more workers to alleviate this problem. Today, someone directed me to the express lane.
