This one star is not for Morgan naranjo It is for her horrible pitiful office staff these are some of the most rude and unhelpful people that I have ever come across in the medical field. I was taking a patient to see Dr Morgan naranjo for the first time She was a few minutes late due to transport. They were notified before hand that she would be a few minutes late. They said she has till 2:35. This is a patient who is on continuous oxygen six to seven liters and in a wheelchair. There was absolutely zero empathy or humanity... read more
Caring knowledgeable courteous and listens to you. She is not in and out in a flash but takes time to listen.
I have only seen Morgan twice, but I can say she has been so incredibly kind! She makes me feel comfortable sharing what's going on, I never feel as though she is rushing me or doesn't care! As long as she is in Lufkin, she will be who I'm going to and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to see. Also, her office staff? Incredible! The nurses, the receptionist, everyone is so wonderful!
