Terrible management. Hr doesn't help you with problems between employees and management. Over work good employees and praise ones that dont deserve it. Unfair wages between employees. Management has no clue on how to talk to their employees. More than half of the employees where unhappy being there. Unsafe work environment with machines not having locks on them even after osha came and told them to fix it. Disposes of waist oil/coolant rags in regular garbage
