This is the third time we have used Kyle a and his team. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful, and they get things done! I would recommend using this team whether it be your first time buying a house or the tenth. We will be using them next round as well.
Kyle was seriously the BEST realtor and person to help get us our home. He was always available to talk to us and find a time to meet with us to show us homes. He helped us come up with an offer that was strategic and appealing which resulted in us get the FIRST home we put an offer on in this insane market (and we weren’t even the highest offer!!) Morgan was amazing during the home buying process. We spontaneously sprung it on her we wanted to buy a house that just went on the market without any previous warning.
