I had my car towed to them for an ESTIMATE to be done. When notified with estimate, we told them we have to look at funds BEFORE any work was done. They then, WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, took it upon themselves to order the parts and work on my car. I NEVER authorized any work. If you find yourself needing work done please DO NOT take your car to them, they will take advantage of you and assume you're "just a young college student" the owners words. Took a Toyota carolla here to get simple work done, parts less than $200 combined and was quoted almost $1000 to fix it. I asked about some payment options and was told they had none to offer but since I'm a "college kid" (which I'm not) he'd give me a break of about $200. I had my sister’s vehicle towed to Morgan Automotive to get an estimate and ask about finance options. The shop fixed the vehicle without Authorization then refused to return it. They also threatened to take all of the parts off which is illegal. We had to call the cops and make a report. We will be suing them.
