Morgan Auto is great. I enjoy working on my car. In my experience, with other shops in the area that were not Morgan Auto, I found my curiosity somewhat annoyed other shops. And ended up not being happy with the customer service. That experience led me to be hesitant about taking my car in BUT Morgan Auto, and Thomas specifically articulated repair time expectations, communicated frequently and clearly, shared their diagnostics and thoughts with me. Great team at Morgan Auto Repair. Aiden was great at communicating throughout the entire process. My new shop in Portland.
Morgan is the best. They have had several opportunities where they could have upsold me on service, and have never done so.
If you are near the Portland area and need your car worked on or serviced I would recommend this shop all day and night. Aidan at the counter is first class as well.
These guys are great. Highly recommend.
