The most caring informative Dr I have ever had. Through all my health issues he was very concerned about every aspect regarding my heart and other illnesses I have.
Doctor Morgan never reads messages at Patient Portal, very often forgets his promises and is extremely hard to reach. No need to say that all personnel of his office aren't helpful to connect with him.
