Placed an order 3 months ago. Took my money but to date no product has been received. Have sent numerous emails & phone calls. No answer. No response. Avoid having your money stolen 🥺

The customer service of this company is non existent which is an important factor when you’ve spent over $100 and deserve to be kept informed of your purchase. After lodging a dispute with PayPal I finally received my order however I would not recommend using a company who has no respect for their customers concerns and only send the product when faced with a dispute.

While online store communication is not great, I did take the time to try and contact this business thinking outside of the box. I received a phone call back within 3 hours and the customer service experience couldn't have been better. Kylie is a one man business juggling a physical store as well as the online business. I absolutely love these products, however the customer service is non existent. I've rung once, no reply, emailed numerous times, no reply, left countless DMs on different platforms, no reply. The products are amazing, but don't expect anyone from the company to engage with you. Others suggested not spending my money on a company that doesn't value its customers, but the products are so damn good i didn't listen. But maybe that's their companies philosophy?
