It’s the greatest job ever! I’m super blessed! The people I work with are amazing and even the management is fabulous!
They keep bad workers and treat them like gold while the good workers are stuck making up for the stuff the bad workers do wrong. I experienced that ten fold. You got people playing the black card for no reason at all just cuz they can and management does nothing about it. The job itself isn’t hard at all it’s the poor leadership. And let me tell you not everyone is treated equal.
