Heating & Air Conditioning did a good job on our annual maintenance visit. The technician arrived within the scheduled window and got right to work. He checked the system thoroughly and replaced the filter which was overdue. He also noted a couple of minor things to keep an eye on but said nothing was urgent at this point. The whole visit took about an hour and the technician was pleasant and profesional throughout.
