Chow Itialia! – This is by far the best Italian fare in ohio and possibly in North America! Tommy Moretti is a pasta prodigy! This place servers up traditional Italian in a cozy setting, everything is fresh and homemade. Best of all you won't go away hungry. The staff is knowledgable and attentive.
Don't Pass Up Moretti's!!! – We went to Moretti's for our Valentine's Dinner. I was more than impressed. The ambiance was perfect, we were promptly seated. Our server was spectacular. We were never out of fluid, our dishes discretely disappeared. She seemed genuinely excited by the dishes. I always feel more comfortable at a restaurant where the servers appreciate the food. The food was divine...from the appetizer to the dessert. Everyone was so friendly. We will be sure to go back as soon as we can!
Poor Service – From the moment I walked in the door until I left everyone was unattentive. We had a reservation, but when we arrived we were told we would have to wait. 25 minutes later we were seated. While were were waiting a women came in clutching a tiny dog and proceeded to trot around the resturant with this dog in tow. She was not only allowed to do so, but was encouraged to do so by the staff because the dog was "cute". It took over two and a half hours to serve our dinner and get us our check. Terible Service – I called a reservation in for the back room at Morett's on Sawmill for my bachelorette dinner party a month in advance. To make a long story short, they gave my reservation away and offered NO apology and NO straight answers. The MANAGER was extremely rude and obviously did not want my business or the members of my party's business. In short, I will tell everyone I know never to eat there again. This is the place for Italian – This by far is the best in the area. Their sauces are to die for and the atmosphere is very nice and so are the people that run the place. Would recommend very highly
love it – I love how Moretti's uses real full-fat ricotta cheese in its lasagne. House salad is almost a meal. Home made pasta.
Great italian...in Ohio? – I was pleasantly surprised with Moretti's. Coming from NYC, the capitol of great Italian cooking, I was a bit skeptical about eating italian in central ohio. I must say - this place gives the best restaurants in NYC a run for their money! The food is outstanding and the prices are so reasonable. I would definately recommend Moretti's.
Moretti's is the BEST – We like Moretti's the best of any Italian restuarant anywhere. The homemade pastas, the fantastic sauces, the great bread - impossible to beat! It is not the best for atmosphere, but with food this good, who cares?!
Consistant – The Moretti family has been serving great food in Columbus for years. I have never gone away unhappy from on of thier restaurants.
