I had cataract surgery by Dr. Moretsky on Oct. 13, 2021. I was very pleased by the surgery he performed on both eyes. But, I had paid $850.00 in their office on 9/27/2021, for Lasik on my left eye. On Dec.12, 2021 I received a bill for $850.00. In speaking with American vision centers, Latoya informed me that they just changed their computers and theirs were not able to talk to them. Dr. Moretsky performed lazik surgery on my eyes several years ago and I was very happy with the outcome. Years later he seems to be unavailable for his patients unless it’s a surgery. I’ve been seeing another dr. at the office since Dr. Moretsky is too busy. I was there 3 weeks ago for my annual exam. I was advised that I don’t need a new prescription.
