Amazing staff
The best Aboriginal Family Medical Services ever. My daughters and I moved from NSW to Nrth Brisbane in 2018, I found this Medical practice and my daughters and I loved them. Regrettably we live back in NSW
I usually find the doctors here very helpful, but my recent visit with Dr. Phill left me a bit concerned. Before seeing him, the nurse examined me and said I had fluid behind my right ear. I also mentioned that I’ve been having trouble with my throat on the same side. When I saw Dr. Phill, he said he couldn’t see any fluid and that there was nothing he could do to help with my throat, and that I’d just have to wait and see if it goes away. Had my first appointment yesterday, the admin staff Josh and Rita were great, the nurse, Sonja was really nice. Had a great experience with Dr Phyu. Nick was great at taking my blood test, didn't even feel it happen. No one minded my toddler running around. Thanks for the amazing first experience!
Spoke with Josh about Dr Phillip that iv seen before and asked If he will give me the medication that I need as in the past he dident bleave in the medications that I need and have been on for 5 years he dident give me my script so Was a big waste of time and not sure if it's his religious views or opinion poor work ethics what sort of Dr dose that to someone. As for Josh I asked him a question and couldn't answer it like I said I'll take this further as it's unacceptable.
