I had a sewage pipe come loose in the crawlspace under my house, and Moret Plumbing did an excellent job fixing it. They responded quickly, explained what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently. The work was thorough, and they left the area clean and secure. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty throughout the process. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
I did not have a good experience using Moret Plumbing a few months ago. They came out to my home for my toilet as my toddler had flushed a small block down it. They arrived, for the visit fee, to tell me that there would be three options - a toilet auger, taking the toilet off, and replacing the toilet. I also asked them the price of a few other things (slow shower and sink drain, etc.) I paid their minimum visit fee (I think around $80) to have them tell me this information only as no work was done except quote.
