I originally chose this office because it was convenient after we had recently moved from out of state and needed a new dentist. The booking process was smooth, and the front desk staff were respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience after that was negative, both for myself and one of my children. During my visit, I was told I had 8 cavities, which was shocking because my previous dentist had told me I had none just about 3 months earlier. I felt like I was part of the family. Great communication, knowing very step. Kept me updated through out, very important on keeping me, what to expect next.
Great place and friendly personal
I had a very bad experience with the young receptionist; she treated me poorly, and her attitude toward me was very rude. The doctors should really keep a closer eye on their staff, as the practice otherwise has good reviews. However, I will not be returning—even though I went in for my second appointment today and found the hygienist to be sweet and very pleasant—because I believe the receptionist plays a crucial role as the very first person you interact with.
