I had the worst experience with the customer service. I had a tax question about a living trust that Joe Moreno did not know, and he never got back to me with an answer. I called to get my taxes done. I drove from San Bernardino to Ontario because the receptionist told me to come now. When I got there, Joe said he was not able to do my taxes. We made an appt.
