There needs to be more structure. I woke up early Saturday morning to schedule an online appoinment for 11:57am. I checked in to Moreno Valley Urgent Care at 11:30am. I am scheduled behind 4 walk-ins. I have been checking the text line to see my status. The first time was at 12:49pm, it replied my original time being 1:16pm. I checked a second time at 1:08pm, and it replied my original time being 1:31pm. as of 1:17pm my time is set for 1:31pm. Wait times are long and one of the women up front forgot I was waiting for paperwork to leave. Those that take care of you in the exam rooms and X-ray. Awesome job. Front desk area could use a little help. I walked up to the front desk a second to ask if my paperwork was ready and all I got was, “Sorry, I forgot.” That’s after waiting almost twenty minutes when she said it should be ready in five. Not acceptable.
Fast service and quality people
Fast service for the most part. Have gone in and out in less then an hour.
They are very fast and efficient, you can sign in online to keep your place in line so when you get there you're called within like 1 or 2 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love this place
the wait time is incredible. the whole process took about 45 mins. you can also check in online so you don't have to sit there the whole time. it was a really clean facility and the staff was great. PA was very thoughrough and caring.
Fast service just what urgent care supposed to.
The medical staff is awesome plus they have x-ray too 5 stars
