I wrote a Google review and it would not allow me to do another. But today my experiance has been very frustrating because the P.A. Dustin Weir did not like that I stated that another P.A. that saw me a month ago, undertreated me. As soon as I made the comment, he got very defensive. He began to cut me off mid sentance and ask, well how do you know you were under treated? How do you know that you had pneumonia? This urgent care saved my son's life! He was turned away from a different urgent care center (on Day Street) so my son decided to try this one. Thankfully, Travis Cruz, P.A. (Physician's Assistant) sent him straight to the emergency room/hospital. Travis was "spot-on" in his suspicions... My son had a blood clot in his leg! Thank you Travis for your expertise & compassion. You will not be forgotten! : )
I needed an X-ray of my ankle and the tech was nice but in a big hurry. When she picked me up from the room she whipped me down the hall into the X-ray room onto the table snapped 3 X-rays and whizzed me back to the room. the dr comes in and tells me the good news the foot isn't broken but badly sprained. He said they would wrap it in an ace bandage give me a walking boot and a shot for pain and swelling. If I needed an off work noticed he could give me one for 3 days.
