RecommendedI've lived here in the Moreno Valley Ranch for over 25 years, 3 Management Companies and have never really had an issue. But Then we follow the rules and this makes life easier. However, I am trying to download the www.morenovalleyranch.com app and to prove its me, they ask for the last check number used to pay HOAs and we don't use checks anymore. "WHO DOES"? The ladies who work at the club house have zero customer service. I went in yesterday because they are harassing me for painting my shutters and trim and decided to inconvenience me for upkeeping my home . I think they need to be reviewed for all these fees we are assessed. I asked to take a look at the club house and you could tell the young lady was in a rush or had no desire to assist me. She said we need $600 as a deposit and $950 to book the club house for only 6 hours. Why do WE have to pay so much to rent our communit... read more
