Wonderful place to eat and nice atmosphere.
Very disappointing experience. We waited about an hour and a half just to receive our food, and the entire visit took close to three hours. During the long wait, no one offered us water or anything else, and there was very little communication about why the food was taking so long. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but customers should still be acknowledged and kept informed. Unfortunately, the service made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant.
Moreno's catered my 60th birthday and the food was just fantastic. Everyone said the chili rellenos were the best they ever had. From the refried beans to the salsa everything was amazing. We had no leftovers. I can't thank them enough for all the work they put into making my birthday really special.
I let them know the sodas had no co2 and it wasn't fair they still charged me for it when they said there was no manager to help me with the problem
