My biggest complaint with Dr. Moreno is that she is consistently late at least 30 minutes. They expect us to be here 15 minutes earlier but than don't see you until 30 minutes after your appointment time. Today we had an appointment at 0715, It's 0827 and we still haven't been seen. They said the Dr. Is running late. We were her first patient for the day. When it comes to her treatment, I have no complaints there. Do not recommend. The only way to contact anyone in the office is through a call service. And they send a message to Dr. Moreno’s office for Samantha to call you back. Except no one ever ever calls you back. Worst service. How are you supposed to get your questions answered?
She told me my 3 month old has scars and flares on her skin because shes cold. DO NOT RECOMMEND
