0 Poor communication, poor scheduling, bogus additional fees - for a job that was paid for, but had to be completed by another company; $1000+ loss
Do not use this company. Call at beginning of week to reserve a dumpster for Friday. Call Friday to confirm . Dan tells he is looking for one and says he will call back as soon as he gets one loaded. We reserved at beginning of week , no dumpster, no call back and here we are Monday and still no call after I leave message. Very unprofessional company. Do not use
Dumped his whole container in my yard because he said I overloaded it. Promised he would come back and clean it up and never did. I paid for the dumpster and haul off and it’s still laying in my yard. Not a man of his word. Have called several times and get the run around. He promised to bring his skid steer and help clean it up, I even offered to pay extra. Not a honest company to deal with.
