I am extremely upset with my visit this morning on 07/11/17. I called three weeks ago to setup my new patient appointment with Dr. Carmen Moreno, who was referred to me by one of my good friends. When I called to verify if my insurance was taken, I was placed on hold by one of the ladies, she got back on the line and said my insurance was taken for me not to worry.
