Morel's claims to be an American restaurant but I always think of it as French. They serve the BEST mushroom soup! Their sauces are exquisite! The vegetables are perfectly trimmed and cooked, like jewels glistening on the plate! And it's the only place I've ever had Triggerfish. I don't know what kind of fish it is, but it's savory, small-flaked, melts in the mouth and is fabulous! WOW!
A bit pricey, but a nice place with excellent food and service
