This is the second time that I've used transmission Xpress and both times I've been fully satisfied. There professional courteous and on time I would definitely go there again and recommend anybody to use their services
It is tough to find a good shop in the Seattle area, so I am glad I found this shop online. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a shot, it was evident as soon as I got there. Excellent customer service. I brought my 08 Dodge Caravan in, not sure what was wrong with it and they were so thorough and professional. Even after I decided my vehicle wasn't worth fixing, they were still helpful in getting me a rental car and towing my car away. I wish I would've found them sooner. Definitely would recommend them and will go there in the future.
Montana! He is the man to talk to there! He exceeded all our expectations with his excellent communication, attention to detail and honesty. Our transmission was fixed quickly and for less than we were quoted elsewhere. It's never fun to drop that kind of money for car repairs but working with a quality person like him made all the difference. I would refer everyone to him and the crew there!
Get an estimate somewhere else, then.... Come to these Guys! You Will Have No Regrets! My transmission on my Saturn SL2 started leaking really bad. Took it to a local garage and they said it was the front pump seal and quoted $1500 to repair it. I called around to several places locally finding similar prices. I waited a couple weeks to see how my car would run. It's been running great! Very impressed with the service, repairs, and price. They gave me some of my parts at wholesale just to fit my budget. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family.
