Just left Morelo's and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and willingness to help me in a timely fashion. No BS, the prices were great (to replace a tires). Thank you to the ladies at the front desk and the mechanics.
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Morelos Auto. My car was kept far longer than the time frame I was originally told, and communication during that delay was almost nonexistent. I had to repeatedly call just to get basic updates. After holding my car for an extended period, they still returned it WITHOUT FULLY FIXING THE ISSUE, which is unacceptable for any repair shop. I went in because my car was leaking coolant end up having to get a new radiator. While getting that fixed other problems were found. I was told upfront about each. Very friendly atmosphere. I'm very satisfied, will definitely be back for any other car issues I have. Pricing was also very reasonable.
If there was an option to give zero stars I would give it to them, total scammers they give you a lower price at first and when they get the job done they add some additional “unknown” charges that I wasn’t told about up until my car was ready. Definitely recommend going to the shop next to them, cheaper and probably do better work.
Quoted $90 per axle for brake service. I supplied all parts. After my car was already in the shop, I was told two rotors were missing and asked to bring them. I returned with the parts within 35–45 minutes. No additional labor charge was disclosed upfront, yet an extra $100 was added after the work was completed.
