Scammers and will keep everything they can. Work relocated me and buyout was two months of rent...fine....but then they kept my security deposit in full. Had walk through with agent and nothing was notated as deficient yet was charged additional cleaning and painting after myself an OCD clean freak who lived there two months moved. They ended up renting the house the next month so double dipped by collecting my rent and a new tenants. Very bad business ethics...BEWARE!!!
Eaglewood Aprartment are a very safe and quiet community. It is uner new management and being run by a new property management company. There have been lots of changes and more to come. Please come check Eaglewood out!
Very dishonest business practices. I am a disabled police officer with PTSD and I moved into the Eaglewood Apartment complex in Nixa. I was promised by the manager, Bob, that no convicted felons lived on property, and that the complex was quiet and they "ran a tight ship" and addressed problems quickly. My first night of living there I was unable to sleep because a loud party. Management said they would handle it.
