This person and his company got me in big trouble with the village I live in. ******* specifically told to me that a permit would not be required to construct a retaining wall and steps and constructed same without a permit. Additionally, ******* constructed the wall in violation of the village code by constructing it too close to the property line, which now needs a retroactive variance. A complete and utter con artist. He made big promises, misrepresented his capabilities and his companies competence and never finished my project per our agreement. Stay far away from this company.

It saddens me to write this review. His crew's work is fine. Aside from that, my experience with **** recently has led me to follow-through and share this description. Retrospectively, I learned that **** spent time building my trust and then took advantage of me by taking my money and ran. Makes me sad! Initially, **** and his crew installed a patio in my backyard a couple of years ago. The project went fine.
