What an amazing doctor! Through the trial of labor she gave me confidence and peace when I was nervous. She helped deliver my large baby safely and successfully! Could not have done it without her and the amazing RN Dionne (who is equally as great)!
"I cannot recommend Dr. Nelson enough. While she is not my regular OBGYN, she stepped in when I was experiencing post-operative complications while my doctor was on vacation. Though it wasn't a dire emergency, she recognized the urgency and gave up her lunch break to squeeze me into her busy schedule for surgery. Within an hour of meeting her, I was being prepped in day surgery. Dr. Nelson is the definition of a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor. I had multiple providers at moreland obgyn that were amazing, but because of Dr. Nelson, I will be considering care elsewhere. She was the doctor on call when I started leaking fluid. She did not inform me she was using a speculum when testing my fluid. (Every other gynecologist I've EVER had has been extremely diligent in informing me of every step they're making.)
