I had my first appt scheduled back in November and on my way received a call that my Dr got pulled for delivery. Not a huge deal because I understand that can happen. However I called and rescheduled for a new appt and upon arriving was told me Dr cancelled. No notice was given to me at all. So now my second time taking off work to come here. Dr Jans is truly an amazing OBGYN. She treats you as she would a family member in wanting to get to the root cause of any medical issues. She takes time and asks lots of questions to make an accurate diagnoses and treatment plan. She is humble, professional, and discerning. I’m thankful I found her!
Everyone who works at Moreland OB-GYN is so friendly. They go above and beyond. I had an issue with my insurance company, and when I talked to the front desk they sent me documentation that ultimately helped me win my appeal. Dr. Trester and her nurses are amazing! They make sure you feel comfortable and have all of the information you need. Edit (2025): Dr. Lemieux delivered my third baby. I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Sarah Janz and she was quite amazing! She listened very well and explained things to me in a very succinct and empathetic way. The nursing staff was also very sweet and considerate of my feelings. I strongly recommend this facility for any of your gynecological needs.
The doctors are great and so is Joan The nurse that deals with hormones! Don't be a minute past your appointment time or you will Be turned away from the ladies at the front desk as I was last week, and I also had called and let them know. I was going to be a few minutes late. had I known I would've rescheduled On the phone when I called. Only to be told when I walked in that I couldn't be seen. I was one minute past the time that she told me I needed to get here by the lady in the front first window.
