Please never see Dr. Mathew Taylor. He claimed that female hormone tests were "useless" because "female hormones fluctuate." Not what I would expect from a medical professional. When explaining bodily issues that I suspected through my own research to be hormone related, Mathew looked at me with a cold condescending look and said "so what do you want to have done?" Don't see Dr. Taylor. He will only offer medications to cover symptoms. Has no compassion and asks you what tests you want to do. I didn't go to school to tell my doctor what tests I need. He says testing for hormones is pointless.

I don’t recommend this practice for adenomyosis or endometriosis. Over a 15-month period, I presented with heavy bleeding (menorrhagia), severe period pain, painful sex, and unexplained infertility. Management over those months was stagnant. Even with an abnormal 19mm endometrial thickness confirmed and repeat visits with the same symptoms, by my final appointment, instead of investigating, the final plan was to just increase my ibuprofen to 600mg and to let him know if I wanted surgery.
