I don’t recommend this practice for adenomyosis or endometriosis. Over a 15-month period, I presented with heavy bleeding (menorrhagia), severe period pain, painful sex, and unexplained infertility. Management over those months was stagnant. Even with an abnormal 19mm endometrial thickness confirmed and repeat visits with the same symptoms, by my final appointment, instead of investigating, the final plan was to just increase my ibuprofen to 600mg and to let him know if I wanted surgery. I sadly had to leave Dr. Dyoco and the staff at Moreland because I moved out of state! I had two babies with Moreland and now I’m arranging care for my third with a new doctor and I am realizing how spoiled I was and reminiscing on how great of care I had through the whole Moreland system.
