Worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare team. I had a high risk pregnancy and I'd had two previous miscarriages. I talked to several staff who dismissed my concerns and it didn't seem like they communicated at all with each other because I had to explain myself to at least three different people over the course if a week. I did end up having a missed miscarriage found on an ultrasound and then I had to wait over an hour to talk to the provider to discuss next steps. Everyone who works at Moreland OB-GYN is so friendly. They go above and beyond. I had an issue with my insurance company, and when I talked to the front desk they sent me documentation that ultimately helped me win my appeal. Dr. Trester and her nurses are amazing! They make sure you feel comfortable and have all of the information you need. Edit (2025): Dr. Lemieux delivered my third baby. I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Sarah Janz and she was quite amazing! She listened very well and explained things to me in a very succinct and empathetic way. The nursing staff was also very sweet and considerate of my feelings. I strongly recommend this facility for any of your gynecological needs.
The doctors are great and so is Joan The nurse that deals with hormones! Don't be a minute past your appointment time or you will Be turned away from the ladies at the front desk as I was last week, and I also had called and let them know. I was going to be a few minutes late. had I known I would've rescheduled On the phone when I called. Only to be told when I walked in that I couldn't be seen. I was one minute past the time that she told me I needed to get here by the lady in the front first window.
I always recommend Moreland OBGYN (specifically Dr. Gregory) to my friends who are looking for a new doctor. Dr. Gregory is very thorough, friendly, and compassionate. He goes above and beyond to make sure all of my questions are answered, and I have always felt very well taken care of under his care. I trust him and his staff 100%!
