The staff treated me great. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Appointment was held and wait times were very short.
Incorrect HIPAA protocol. Absolutely ridiculous that I was denied any information about my chart. I wanted to make sure I've been seen there, before submitting a written and signed records request. I was shut down and refused a simple "yes" or "no"... I work in a doctors office myself, and have never ever denied anybody information regarding their last appt through the phone as long as they provided the correct chart information to verify HIPAA.
