Did a virtual visit through MDLive. My concerns were addressed and my treatment plan was received nearly instantaneously. Such a convenience to not have to leave the house and expose an Urgent Care waiting room to my germs while I'm sick 🤒
Had an e-visit thru MDLive with Dr. Gavin. Dr. Gavin prescribed the exact prescription I already take. This prescription I take was listed in my file and one of the questions asked in the appointment process. I was experiencing burning in my chest due to an ulcer which I stated in the questionnaire flares up occasionally. I already take a prescription acid reducer, he then prescribed me the same.
Took a medical chat call and never joined the call
Good responsive service. Was able to listen and provide care in an efficient manner.
We did a video appointment with him through my Cigna.com. My wife is having a lower back pain. During the appointment he looked distracted and uninterested, almost like we were wasting his time. He wasn’t looking at my wife, he was looking to the sides. We asked him to repeat what he was saying due to video interference and he responded with: “Didn’t you hear what I just said?” Very Rude Doctor.
