They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They went out of their way to make me feel respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
