I went in for an ear infection after exhausting antibiotics and not finding any cure from a general doctor. First off, Dr. Kass wasn't at all personable when he stepped in the room. I had my septum surgery by this man in 2022. He ruined my nose. I followed all protocol and have not done anything to cause issues on my end… My septum is more deviated than ever. My breathing is horrible. My right nostril collapses when I breathe heavy. Additionally, I have new symptoms!
