We paid the 50% deposit as requested in January, 2020 and have called or stopped by several times only to be told that we were on the clipboard. As of January, 2021 no date of death has been put on my mom’s tombstone. Now no one even answers the phone.
14 months and still no monument for my Mother. NO return of calls. No one cares at this place. I bought mine at the office in Moundsville, although very nice the lady has no idea what is going on.
