After we paid a deposit, they refused to follow the signed contract, demanded extra money, and when we didn’t agree, they kept our deposit. This company easily goes back on signed agreements. We have already reported this matter to Consumer Protection Ontario. Customers should think twice before trusting this company.

Paulo came highly recommended to me by my cousin. Paulo came in with his team and they did an amazing job painting my entire basement.
Be very cautious before hiring Moreira Painting. We signed a $17,000 written contract with a clear payment schedule. After we paid the $5,000 deposit, the company refused to honor the agreement and tried to change the terms, asking for more money upfront. When we refused, they said they would not return our deposit. This is a clear breach of contract and caused us major stress.
