Unexplained Cleaning Deductions & Breach of Individual Leases Unexplained cleaning fees were deducted from our security deposit without justification, even after I provided photographic evidence showing the home was left clean and in good condition. Management has completely ignored all inquiries regarding these charges. Worse, despite having separate lease contracts and paying our deposits and rent individually, they released the entire refunded amount to only one of the three tenants. Extremely rude for no reason. Made me jump through hoops only to deny me any information I requested for my records. Rude remarks and very condescending. Any possibility of using this company in the future is now completely out the window
Genuinely the worst people to ever possibly rent from. Nightmare scenarios with them. Good luck ever getting any maintenance with them. Never rent.
