After moving out, they billed me a huge amount for move-out cleaning and move-out repairs. I cleaned the house inside and out before turning in the keys, but I was still charged, including for leak repairs. I reported these leaks at move-out so they could fix them before renting to the next person. Instead, they charged me for the repairs. Overall, it felt like I got “skimmed” after moving out—like they took another layer off me after I already left.
Trina is the worst ,she ran me off and it wasn't even her property to manage, 1st time I spoke with her she just acted like she couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I rented from these guys! I payed 3000 for deposit, stayed 7 months. I left it cleaner than when I moved in. They charged me 600 to clean nothing, 400 to shampoo a carpet that was in perfect condition. They also never had the heater in the back bedroom fixed the entire winter. I had to run a space heater! I would not recommend to my worst enemy!
