This company is horrible. I rented from them for over a year in a small house in Eatonville that was full of leaks , mold and needed repairs. I have emails, photos, statements from visitors, repair people and community members. Moving in I had to clean. My son stayed sick from the mold. Doctor visit after visit. From December to February they were unresponsive about two leaks that turned into mold. I stayed due to not wanting to uproot my child again but the place was hell from day one.
