They sent the bill to a year old address, billed the wrong insurance company, then expected me to pay to get a cleaning until they got a chance to properly bill and receive a payment to reimburse me. For a $136 oversight, they have lost a client.
The practice of charging a fee (without ANY notice) to a physically disabled person who was ill, unable to drive and left a detailed voicemail. This is an unacceptable method of operation for a business; especially when the business is a medical business providing service.
