They sent the bill to a year old address, billed the wrong insurance company, then expected me to pay to get a cleaning until they got a chance to properly bill and receive a payment to reimburse me. For a $136 oversight, they have lost a client.
The practice of charging a fee (without ANY notice) to a physically disabled person who was ill, unable to drive and left a detailed voicemail. This is an unacceptable method of operation for a business; especially when the business is a medical business providing service.
10/26/14 I had my first visit to Morehead Dental today for a regular checkup and cleaning. It was pleasant from beginning to end. The front desk staff was very courteous and polite. The hygienist, Nicole, was thorough and gentle. No discomfort whatsoever! The office was clean and comfortable.
