I am so disappointed. I have used Morehart Murphy In the past, when I hit a deer with my car. Although the parts took forever to come, my overall experience was good. I decided to use them again after a car accident involving my camper that jackknifed. There was mostly body damage on my car and some damage to the alignment. The incident happened in March. Had to point out their poor repair work ( bumper not aligned, mirror not flush), missed repairs from the accident ( dent wasnt fixed or repainted) and the repair shop its self damaging my car several times ( scratched mirror, broken seat adjutment, black grease stains on roof) and returned dirty . Conflicting communication and downright ignored communication. Getting into an accident is already stressful this is just added frustration and disappointment. Two months to wait for parts. ( I was told one week. But no communication to let me know). Had my car for three weeks to be repaired after the parts showed up. (I was told one week. Once again, zero communication). It was a bumper and tailgate. When I came to pick it up 3 months into it, the paint did not match. This is a brand new car. I recently had my SUV in to Morehart body shop to get hail damage repair. I took my car in to get a pre inspection and notified them that the windshield had received a chip from the hail and now had spread into a crack. I then waited for Morehart to call me and then I took my car in to get repaired. I waited until I was called to come get my car and when I showed up to pick it up I noticed immediately that the clear coat on the hood and front bumper was not repaired.
