Absolutely do not use this florist if you want it done correctly!! Spoke with a man on the phone he states it was close to what was ordered. Close is unacceptable when your web site statement is -if you are not COMPLETELY satisfied, etc…. This florist turned what was suppose to be a beautiful anniversary bouquet into “it’s close enough” don’t bother us with your complaints! So much for customer satisfaction!!
Poor Customers Service, they is pitiful place. They do not do the flowers correctly!!! The owner is not reliable! The flowers I received was not done right and he said if you not satisfied contact the owner and he did own up to his word!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars instead of 1. Not only was my flower arrangement completely wrong, but the customer service was truly disappointing. My questions were met with unnecessary rudeness, dismissive remarks about the cost of the arrangement, and overall disrespect, despite my efforts to handle the situation courteously. Save yourself the frustration. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere. Honest Review – Would NOT Recommend When we first went in to order the casket spray for my aunt’s funeral, the customer service was just okay. We were hesitant to use them because the examples of their work looked very large and full of greenery, which was not the style we wanted. We showed them the exact picture (which was also on their own website) and were told they could match it and make something smaller with less greenery.
