In 2024, I brought my cat Ti-Coune to this place for a year. Little did I know, it would turn out to be the worst decision for my furry companion. Right from the start, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from the office staff. The receptionist was too engrossed in her computer screen to even acknowledge my presence.
