Mtr Bryan/college station and mtr tyler are two very different operations. The staff in college station are the most caring, wonderful people ive ever met. The staff in tyler has a very different vibe. The tyler location showed zero concern and was even deceitful.. I had issues getting my id, ss card and birth certificate, I had my documents mailed to their office and instead of forwarding them to me, they lied and threw them away knowing I was homeless and couldn't work without them. This program saved my life! From the moment I called this place I was granted the upmost respect. Brooke in admissions was extremely helpful. She made the process of getting in so easy, and she is super sweet. I also want to shout out my counselor Amy Lynn, she really helped me deal with my trauma and cravings in ways nobody else has. I would 100/10 recommended this facility to anyone struggling in their addiction. This place showed me that there is hope! I love you MTR. 🥰
