Company has very rude service. After calling I asked how much were their flowers, they told me $85 for a dozen red roses with vase. I told them I normally buy from Greenbrook Flowers downtown for $25 bucks with vase, she told me I should keep ordering from them before hanging up on a me a few seconds later. I guess I’ll wait for Greenbrook’s to open tomorrow. Very bad service.
I live in Vancouver and like to order flowers for my Mother a couple times a year. I have always been disappointed in the quality and size of the arrangement she receives. Not this time! Velma was so kind and the arrangement was fabulous and generous. My Mother was so impressed and happy to display them in her home. I sent the link to their web site to my brother in law as he also has problems sending my Mother flowers and my Mom said she would use this florist next time she wanted to send flowers.
